Joanne has a remarkable ability to shape a choir in such a way that they accomplish the unexpected by combining practical tips and strategies with successful outcomes. She has led several choirs and ensembles and is an award-winning choir director.

The greatest joy for Joanne is lives being positively impacted. Her core strengths, which she brings to all choirs she directs, includes fostering a sense of belonging, improving showmanship, and cultivating performance agility. People who participate in her choirs have fun, whilst learning, collaborating, and feeling her passion, that has led schools, churches, and community choirs to be ambitious. Everything is taught by ear (no need to
read music).
